In the Netherlands, Hubo, in addition to its strong brand recognition, has the most experience in the do-it-yourself sector. What started in 1933 as Houthandel Utrecht and became known for Hubo DIY products has grown into a large Hubo organization, with approximately 173 specialty stores affiliated.
