When a new electrical and kitchen specialty store opens, it takes not only entrepreneurial courage but also a solid concept. In Rosenheim, both come together: On December 2, electrical retailer Vural Koplay opened his new store there. His partner: the Bielefeld-based multi-sector cooperative EK Retail with its successful brand store concept electroplus küchenplus.
Since mid-2025, Vural Koplay has been running the electrical stores Reithofer Profifachmarkt in Munich and electroplus Schroeder in Friedberg, Hesse. With the opening of “electroplus küchenplus Rosenheim,” he now completes the triple. But Koplay is not a typical retailer – rather a hands-on expert, visionary, and service professional in one, with around 15 years of experience in installation services, which means he knows exactly what consumers want.
“We wanted more than just to open a store. Our goal is to offer our customers inspiration, premium quality, and above all, genuine service. With electroplus küchenplus, we have found the ideal partner for this,” says Koplay.

The façade design and store design of the new location feature the modern electroplus küchenplus look. Clear lines, generous presentation areas, and emotionally staged brand worlds characterize the appearance. “electroplus küchenplus manages to harmoniously combine the worlds of electrical appliances and kitchens like no other specialist retail concept,” explains Christian Claes, Concept Manager at küchenplus.
The home appliance area covers around 200 square meters and features top brands such as AEG, Bosch, Liebherr, Neff, and Siemens. Integrated into this is a 50-square-meter Miele shop, which impressively showcases the brand world of the premium manufacturer from Gütersloh. The 70-square-meter kitchen exhibition focuses on the Nolte Küchen brand.
Service that sets standards
At electroplus küchenplus Rosenheim, service is being rethought: from expert advice to installation and assembly to environmentally friendly disposal of old appliances – everything is provided from a single source. Washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, and dishwashers are repaired directly at the customer’s home if necessary. In addition, Koplay and his team offer 0% financing and warranty extensions.
Best location, best visibility
The choice of location is also impressive: central downtown location outside the pedestrian zone, high traffic frequency, and ample parking. The biggest challenge remains building awareness—a new business first has to make a name for itself.
Marketing Across All Channels
This is where the proven 360-degree marketing package from electroplus küchenplus comes into play. “It offers everything a specialist retailer needs today: online presence, social media, Google Ads, POS and flyer campaigns. All channels work hand in hand to showcase assortment and service perfectly within the local market,” explains Meike Ullrich, Concept Manager electroplus.
